|Summary of Restricted Stock And RSU Activity||
The following table summarizes restricted stock and RSU activity for the three months ended March 30, 2019:
(1) Approximately 34,000 performance based RSUs were granted during 2019 and are included as granted in the table above. The number of shares that ultimately vest may vary from 0% to 150% of their target vesting amount based on the achievement of defined performance targets.
Tabular disclosure of components of a stock option or other award plan under which equity-based compensation is awarded to employees, typically comprised of the amount of unearned compensation (deferred compensation cost), compensation expense, and changes in the quantity and fair value of the shares (or other type of equity) granted, exercised, forfeited, and issued and outstanding pertaining to that plan.
